App Tamer is an optimization tool designed for older computers with little CPU and RAM.

With App Tamer you can manage active processes to improve performance. The program will automatically pause the applications you do not use at that time, and displays a graph of the total CPU usage.
App Tamer allows prioritizing each process independently and know how much CPU and RAM consumes. It also has a Gaming pause so that all applications unless you’re using at the time.
